Central Sulawesi is a province with very dynamic terrorism activities even though the Malino peace agreement has been signed. The root cause of the unresolved horizontal conflict has caused terrorism activities in Central Sulawesi to still occur. Wisdom Institute Foundation, located in Palu, Central Sulawesi, is an organization that focuses its activities on fostering former terrorism prisoners in the Central Sulawesi region. Kafilah Pejuang Perdamaian (Caravan of Peace Fighters) is a community formed as a forum for ex-convicts of terrorism in Central Sulawesi to gather and voice peace in Central Sulawesi. The changing role of former terrorism prisoners from criminals to peace fighters shows the success of the Wisdom Institute Foundation.
