Author Guidelines
The 9th ICSGS Conference requires extended abstracts for presentations of the participants.
All extended abstracts must be submitted electronically through submission system before April 21, 2025.
Only a complete submission is eligible for review; ensure that a completed abstract is evident in your submission.
Any submission of extended abstract implies that it is an original contribution and must not have been previously published, scheduled for presentation, or is currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
The authors assume the responsibility of the accuracy and originality of the content and language in their respective abstracts, and neither the organizers of ICSGS, nor the reviewers will bear any responsibility in this regard.
Submissions should reflect conference title or abstract themes.
The title and extended abstract should be written in English.
The extended abstract should contain at least 750 words.
The extended abstract should summarize the scope of the work, the primary results and findings, and the relevance and contributions of the research to theory or practice. The structure of the abstract should encompass Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion.
DO NOT include any figures, equations, or tables.
You are NOT required to upload full paper.
Full paper submission information will be available upon conference event on July 20, 2025.
Extended abstracts submitted will be subject to rigorous review process administered by the ICSGS reviewers, and the authors will be notified of the acceptance on April 28, 2025.
