Welcome to the 2nd International Tropical Renewable Energy Conference (ITREC) 2017
The i-TREC conference is an annual event initiated by the Tropical Renewable Energy Center (TREC), Faculty of Engineering Universitas Indonesia. The first i-TREC was held in Bogor on October 26-28, 2016. The conference aims at promoting an opportunity and challenge on tropical renewable energy, integrated with environmentally safe and economically sustainable, to create theoretical base of the development, utilization, and implementation for further application of tropical renewable energy sources. At the same time, it is also important to promote the research for the field of development of tropical renewable energy and to facilitate the exchange of new ideas and dialogue amongst scientists, professors, industrial and practitioners. The main theme for this 2nd i-TREC is “Towards Tropical Renewable Energy Innovation and Technology Integration”. Current and future directions from world reputable keynote speakers would strengthen our renewable energy agenda in international relationships.
The event will be held on October 3 – 4, 2016 at Kawasan Pariwisata Lot SW1
Nusa Dua, Bali 80363, Indonesia, featuring many interested papers. All accepted papers will published in IOP Conference Series (in confirmation). Selected papers will be published in International Journal of Technology (indexed in SCOPUS) .
