We are pleased to announce that Center for International Law Studies (CILS) of the Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia is holding the 7th CILS International Conference in Padang, Indonesia on 3^rd and 4^th October 2016 in collaboration with the Faculty of Law Universitas Andalas (www.unand.ac.id). The Universitas Andalas is one of the major stated-owned universities in Indonesia, based in Padang, the capital of West Sumatera province. The University was formally inaugurated in 1956. Another important fact of Universitas Andalas is that it is located in the western part of Indonesia which has very rich historical and cultural legacy.
