Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review process, where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous.

Each manuscript will be evaluated based on:

  • originality and contribution to the field
  • relevance to the conference scope and theme
  • methodological rigor and academic validity
  • clarity of presentation and structure
  • significance for library, archival, and information science studies

Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, manuscripts may be:

  • Accepted
  • Accepted with minor revisions
  • Required major revisions
  • Rejected

Accepted manuscripts will proceed to the revision stage prior to final publication consideration in SINTA 2–5 accredited journals.

Authors are required to submit a detailed response to reviewers’ comments during the revision process. Final publication decisions are determined by both reviewer evaluations and the quality of author revisions.
