Conference Policies
Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review process, where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous.
Each manuscript will be evaluated based on:
- originality and contribution to the field
- relevance to the conference scope and theme
- methodological rigor and academic validity
- clarity of presentation and structure
- significance for library, archival, and information science studies
Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, manuscripts may be:
- Accepted
- Accepted with minor revisions
- Required major revisions
- Rejected
Accepted manuscripts will proceed to the revision stage prior to final publication consideration in SINTA 2–5 accredited journals.
Authors are required to submit a detailed response to reviewers’ comments during the revision process. Final publication decisions are determined by both reviewer evaluations and the quality of author revisions.
