Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

Author Guidelines

• The primary responsibility of the author(s) is to present an accurate description of the study and objective discussion of its significance in a manuscript.
• The author(s) is obliged to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of the references.
• Submitted papers must not contain plagiarized material or falsified research data. Plagiarism refers to the use or presentation of the ideas or words of another person from an existing source without appropriate acknowledgment to that source. Any similar misappropriation of intellectual property, which may include data or interpretation, is also considered as plagiarism.
• To protect the integrity of authorship, only persons who have significantly contributed to the papers and their preparation shall be listed as co-authors. The corresponding authors attest to the fact that they have seen the final version of the papers and have agreed to their submission for publication.
• It is inappropriate to submit papers with an obvious commercial intent.
• Authors should make no changes to the papers after they have been accepted. If there is a compelling reason for any changes, they must inform the conference’ scientific committee. Only the scientific committee has the authority to approve changes.
• Authors should reveal to the conference’ scientific committee any potential conflict of interest, e.g., a consulting or financial interest in a company that might be affected by publication of the results contained in a paper. They should ensure that no contractual relations or proprietary considerations exist that would affect the publication of information in a submitted paper.

Submission Preparation Checklist

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
3. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
4. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Conference.
5. Length: the paper shall be between 4000 – 4500 words (excluding Abstract, Reference List, and Bio).
   
6. The paper shall contain the full name(s) of the author(s) without any title or degree; name of department and institutional affiliation; email address(es) of the author(s)—all of these come right below the paper’s title and above the Abstract.
7. Author’s Bionote: shall not be more than 100 words at the bottom of the last page of the paper.
