The COVID-19 pandemic has had an accelerating impact on technological disruption in various aspects of life, including business, academics, and people's daily lives. Innovation is becoming the key to the success of this accelerated process. Academic research, both in the form of critical and empirical studies, is needed to provide a deeper understanding of how business and society can agilely respond to today's changes.
Digitization of business and all services provided by the government for the community is now a necessity. The digital age replaces traditional work algorithms by providing more intelligent devices. Digitization, automation, and mobility will be implemented into systems and workflow management to increase productivity and quality.
