The research grant from both Indonesian Government and Foreign Countries is increasing, leads to the raising number of researchers in Indonesia, particularly in basic sciences. However, each research was performed individually and was not integrated to one another. Therefore, it is difficult to achieve a ready product based on research findings that could be contributed to acceleration of the growth development in Indonesia. Integration between science fields will greatly contribute for this acceleration. In this case, a high quality scientific communication is definitely required. Accordingly, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Indonesia arranges The International Symposium on Current Progress in Mathematics and Sciences (ISCPMS), which will be held in Depok from 27th to 28th October 2020. ISCPMS facilitates this communication in the form of international scientific conference. This year, this symposium is in collaboration with the 2020 Annual Nuclear Safety Seminar (SKN) co-organized with BAPETEN and will be conducting as online seminar. Hopefully, great communication between scientists from different fields as well as research collaboration between Indonesian and Foreign scientists can be established.
