Indonesia with its cultural diversity has 1,128 ethnic groups, which are spread over 17 thousand peopleisland. The cultural diversity of the Indonesian people is like two sides of a coin, on the one handis a national wealth and on the other hand has the potential to causesocio-cultural misalignment because there are communication and relationships that are not harmoniousmulticulturalism. Realizing harmonious socio-cultural harmony inplural society requires a process of dialogue and peace between communitiescompound. This study uses a qualitative methodology, data collected throughobservation techniques, interviews, literature study. The results of the study found that the Sentani . ethnicwho live in the eastern region (Ralibhu), in the central part (Nolobhu), and in thewest (Waibu) along Lake Sentani, in realizing socio-cultural harmonyharmony in a pluralistic life still uses the process of dialogue andpeace characterized by Mang, Mam-Mam in a structured manner.
