Abstract
The impact of the pandemic has not only occurred in Indonesia, but covid 19 has hit the whole world. The effect caused is substantial losses not only in material form, but many people lose their lives not because of war but because they are exposed and infected by Covid 19. Each country has its policies and rules in dealing with the pandemic; after the pandemic subsided, all countries, including Indonesia, began to clean up for sustainability and resilience; in this study, researchers examined the Multilateral Cooperation relations that occurred after the pandemic using a qualitative approach based on primary and secondary data, from the results of this study researchers found an unbalanced reciprocal relationship between each country, in multilateral agreements, countries with high economic power dominate concerning regulation policy, there needs to be a policy that is not one-sided which should benefit all parties in this Multilateral Cooperation relationship.
