The extensive studies on pharmacological activities of papaya and bay leaf   exhibit that these plants were efficacious in alleviating degenerative deseases including diabetes. However, the drugs from papaya and bay leaf  has never been   made. The aim of this  research was to formulate tablet from combination of extract papaya and bay leaf with different concentration (1%, 2% and 3%) of PVP K30 as a binder using wet granulation method. Evaluation of physical properties of tablet i.e weight variation, friability, hardness, disintegration time and physical appearance was done using standard methods while total flavonoid in the extracts  determined by spectrophotometry method. The result showed that the tablet was light brown in colour with a flat top and bottom surfaces, has a specific odour and bitter taste. Physical properties of the tablet was in accordance with   pharmaceutical standards. Total flavonoid content in papaya and bay leaves extract was 1.562% and 2.240% respectively.
