Abstract— Indonesia today face an enourmous problem which is a corruption. Unfortunately, the corruptor is mostly from government area. In sociology we called it White Collar Crime. I wonder why does crime occur? what actually be a root of this problem, and what is the solution to solve this problem. This litterature will roll out this problemfrom three perspective which is economic, psychology, and sociology. The reason I use those perspective because there is a chain between them. So, firstly I will roll out the facts of corruption in Indonesia use an economic view. Secondly, I will roll out what psychology says about people do a crime. And the last but not least, after we know about the facts of corruption and learn a little bit psychology theories about a crime, we need to use those as a base to make a decision to solve this problem.
