The purpose of this study is to develop the concept of social and environmental accounting based on the perspective of Pancasila for realizing Pancasila accounting system in terms of the philosophical, conceptual, theorical, and practical level. This study employed multiparadigm spirit began by explorative approach and hermeneutics. At the stages of data analysis, reviewing and synthesizing literature study with empirical data aimed to internalize the values of Pancasila into the frame of social and environmental accounting. The results of this study are in the forms of definition, significance, and an overview of the elements of social and environmental accounting report based on the perspective and proposals concerning the concept of Pancasila Bottom Line. The findings show that the concept of social and environmental accounting based on the perspective of Pancasila is able to bring the man’s faith back to the Lord, creating a humanism life among humans, and increasing environmental awareness as the realisations of the role of good Caliph Character on this earth.
