The antiinflammatory test method using the Winter method with 25 rats in the treatment group dose I (7 mg / 200 g BW), dose II (21 mg / 200 g BW), dose III (35 mg / 200 g BW), and diclofenac Sodium 8,2595 mg / 200g BW as a positive control. Analgesic test using the Siegmund method with 25 mice in the treatment group dose I (3 mg / 20 g BW), dose II (5 mg / 20 g BW), dose III (10 mg / 20 g BW), and diclofenac Sodium 1,1930 mg / 20g BW as a positive control. The results of the antiinflammatory percentage from bitter melon decoction dosages were 10.06%, 12.88% and 22.04%.
