Abstract

TPACK framework elements become one of the dimensions of a teacher's competence and need to be applied in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. The curriculum changes require the transformation in terms of approach, strategy, methodology, techniques and knowledge in teaching the teacher to attract students to learning. The Fuzzy Delphi Technique application is used to identify the items within the required TPACK elements. The Fuzzy Delphi Technique involved is a public university lecturer, private university lecturer, teacher institute lecturer, supervisor and quality assurance officer, curriculum development officer, principal, senior assistant administration, senior co-curriculum assistant, state key interpreter and excellent teachers for design and technology subjects. All experts are provided with a questionnaire with 5 points Likert scale. Each choice is given a ranking of strongly disagreeing to strongly agreeing and space for writing backups or reviews. Application of Fuzzy Delphi Technique requires expert to evaluate 7 main elements in TPACK framework obtained from analysis of study requirement. Through expert research and experience, they can provide suggestions on the additional items required for each element. Finally, the application of Fuzzy Delphi Techniques has been ranked according to the priority ranking for each element within the TPACK framework based on an expert agreement for design and technology teachers. It is also possible to sort by priority or ranking each item in the framework elements needed in the guidance of design and technology teachers.
