This study attempts to explore the consequences of the occurrence of borrowing of and dependency on the other elements upon the Chinese society and cultures in Java. The closeness of the relationship between Chinese culture and Javanese culture is seen in cultural interactions between Chinese and Javanese. This cultural interaction is related to the relations of Chinese people with the values ​​and elements of Javanese culture.
