Manado State University as one of the state universities in North Sulawesi located in the mountainous area of ​​Minahasa Regency. With an area of ​​270 hectares consisting of various faculties, study programs, and other facilities spread across multiple locations. The unavailability of maps as a site plan of the buildings and facilities at universities makes it difficult for many visitors and academics to find a location. Geographical Information System needed to provide geographic information from Manado State University by using maps as alternative delivery channels with more attractive displays and interactions. The development model used is a linear sequential model for a systematic and sequential process approach. The purpose of this research is to design and develop web-based geographic information systems for Manado State University, using Qgis and HTML.
