Management Information System of Police Performance in Minahasa Regency

Abstract


The assessment of Police Performance in Indonesia is called SMK (Sistem Manajemen Kinerja). SMK as a paper based measurement instruments, is used to assess all Police Performance by compare with their goal in every work that they do and result that they achieved. The aim of this research is to develop the management information system of police performance in Minahasa Regency. The methodology of development system is prototype and the testing method is black box. The result of this research is described by every step of the method and the management information system has successful developed. This system can do automatic calculations and provide output for reporting the value of SMK, so users of the system can save time and effort in carrying out the process of updating the SMK.
