Flood is a disaster that often occurs in Jakarta area especially when the rainy season comes. When heavy rains occur, not all of the runoff water enters the drainage systems, especially when the water volume is too large and exceeds the capacity. As a result, the water inundated roads and settlements area, thus disrupting the activities of the people. Sometimes, people already know the location of the flood and the traffic conditions, immediately through several media like internet, television or radio. This study aims to determine the decision to travel, particularly by workers who work in the DKI Jakarta area when a flood occurs. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics to see the trends of workers traveling behaviour in a disaster condition, in this case is flooding. The results showed that 32% of respondents chose to leave earlier from their home, 55% chose other routes, and 21% chose to change modes of transportation. Time adjustments are made by respondents who have flexible office hours, and the distance from home to the office is more than 10 km.
