Perkampungan Budaya Betawi Setu Babakan (PBBSB) is a tourist destination located in DKI Jakarta, Indonesia. Betawi socio-cultural preservation coupled with maintaining an open environment makes Setu Babakan have great potential as an ecotourism destination, especially because it is located in the capital and is easily accessible. This study aims to analyze the application of smart tourism in the Setu Babakan Betawi Cultural Village to the economic business and creative tourism. This research was conducted at PBBSB. The research uses quantitative methods. The research population was all PBBSB visitors who visited PBB Setu Babakan in the last 5 years (starting from 2017 to April 2022) and the sample was obtained by accidental sampling for 3 weeks totaling 54 respondents through filling out a questionnaire in the form of a G-Form which was distributed. The results showed that the implementation of smart tourism in the management of the PBB ecotourism destination of Setu Babakan has been running smoothly, but there are still some obstacles. Constraints that are often encountered in the management of smart tourism PBB Setu Babakan are the lack of qualified human resources.
