Abstract
Abstract: Although organizational and group factors are already well-known antecedents of felt accountability, there have not been many studies on how procedural justice, organizational climate and leader-member exchange (LMX) can influence the felt accountability. This study reveals the relationships between procedural justice, organization climate and leader-member exchange to felt accountability. The survey to 87 public servant in Jakarta indicated that Procedural justice (r = 0.724) has more influence than Leader-member exchange (r = 0.862) to felt accoutability (r = 0.769); and meanwhile organization climate (r = 0.884) has no significant influence to felt accountability. The result of this study could give implication to the direction of future research in the study of felt accountability.
