Abstract

Entrepreneurial Attitude Orientation is a key to enhance students to have entrepreneurship behavior in the future. An external effort is necessary to help students understand their capabilities and strengths, also to introduce an entrepreneurial mindset to the students as preparation for future entrepreneurship activities. To develop this attitude at Senior High School Students, there is an entrepreneurial development training to enhance students' understanding of their extent of potential and develop entrepreneurial orientation. A research was done on Entrepreneurial Attitude Orientation (EAO) at 147 senior high school students at Sumedang, West Java. Single Group Pre-Test-Post-Test Design (Before-After) procedure is used in this research. This is design is used to see the role of Entrepreneurial potential training as a treatment towards the research group. A research group is an experimental group that would be treated with the training. The result of this study shows that student‘s Self-esteem is low to build entrepreneurial attitude orientation. Students need encouragement and stimulation from their environment in order to develop their potential in the entrepreneur field. Therefore, it is necessary to hold training which emphasizes the entrepreneurial development processes to improve students' autonomous motivation in developing their potential in entrepreneurship through experiential learning methods.
