Abstract
Gifted students have a high potential of intelligence and positive traits. Based on this gifted students can develop leadership through education. SMA Taruna Nala has a leadership curriculum that can be used to develop positive traits in gifted students to be leadership traits. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of leadership curriculum in developing of leadership traits on gifted students in SMA Taruna Nala Malang. The research method used is qualitative. Data were collected by interviewing. Informant is four of gifted students in class X SMA Taruna Nala Malang. Data were analyzed by thematic analysis. The results showed that the leadership curriculum had an effect on the development of leadership traits on gifted students.
