Abstract - Rorotan in 2014 also found that there were 19 infants who have the results of the judgment Below The Red (BTR) and there is one under five child that suffer from malnutrition. According to the Ministry of Health in 2015 there is a relationship between infants who weighed by poor nutritional status and less. This cross sectional research aims to analyze the relationship between the predisposing, enabling, and reinforcing factors; those were based on the 1980 Lawrence W. Green Theory in human behaviour. The samples of this study were the mothers that live around the Rorotan’s health center and are having a child around 6-59 months old with sample size of 98 individuals. Using Instrument questionnaire. Univariate and bivariate data analysis with Chi-square test were conducted in this study. Sampling frame in this research using methods Proporsional Random Sampling. The result of this study shows that there is no significant relation between the variables of knowledge, attitude, distance, support from health provider, family support, peer support, health role models support, and cadre support with mother behavior to bring her children to the Posyandu, with Pvlue (0,460), Pvlue (0,868), Pvlue (0,269), Pvlue (0,937), Pvlue (0,468), Pvlue (0,061), Pvlue (0,990), Pvlue (0,443). The Researchers suggest that Rorotan Health Center to give more information especially about child development counseling, weighing, and how to read health card book,  public speaking training and more lesson to empower cadres, so they can do counseling session for every mom who come in their Posyandu, and advocacy to explain the use of the health card book.
