How GHRM Practice Provide the Influence on Job Pursuit Intention of Millennial Generation in Indonesia and Malaysia?

Abstract
Green Practice Human Resource Management (GHRM) is a practice of aspects human resources that involve environmental aspects in the implementation. The purpose of this research are measure perceptions of millennial generation on the GHRM practice influence job pursuit intention in Indonesian and Malaysian companies and analyze the effect of implementation GHRM practices in the company on the job pursuit intentions from the millennial generation with the pro-environmental consciousness as the moderator. The data used in this research are primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data from central statistical board and others literature that supports the research. The data were analyzed by using the descriptive analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The result of this research, GHRM was found to relate significant with JPI of millennial generation and personal pro-environmental consciousness was not provide the significant effect between GHRM and job pursuit intention.
