Abstract
Bank of Indonesia as Indonesia central bank has achieved its quality standards for information especially in the archival field, for example they have achieved ISO 15489 and ISO 30301. In addition of achieving these ISOs, Bank of Indonesia will no longer be doubted for its quality on records management control for records administration needs. Bank of Indonesia owns many records activities from the creation of information, such as data, documents, and records which functions as an organization asset and as a national need to processing and storing. Meanwhile the information technology system that Bank of Indonesia uses is a software called BIRMS (Bank of Indonesia Records Management Systems). The writers aims to state about a solution and about innovation using Business Intelligence aspects combined with archival approaches. One example that can be implemented is a Business Intelligence potential in general for aiming the best result with BIRMS. By using data results of business intelligence for the executive or director, they may perform deep analytics, evaluations, and strategy plans for each division under Bank of Indonesia’s local and international offices.
