This thesis analyze the implementation of project risk management to manage risks on foreign grant project from JICA in Puslitbangkes BTDK. This research is qualitative descriptive with case study. The researcher recommend Puslitbangkes BTDK to perform an effective coordination and communication with JICA and other ministries, to make policy in deciding the form of grant, and to ask for expert assistancy.
