This research discusses efficiency analysis of General Insurance company in Indonesia period 2012-2016. The methodology used is non-parametric by using Data Envelopment Analysis to seek the efficiency score of the company. DEA CCR and BCC model with output orientation to see the efficiency value of each company from time to time. There are 20 General Insurance company used as objects. During five years of observation, there are 20% of insurance companies that are declared to be fully efficient.
